Samuel Talwa Duo Jr. is a multidisciplinary HR professional and consultant with extensive experience working with institutions including the EMUS Project funded by the World Bank, Monrovia City Corporation, Jafian Consortium, National Social Security & Welfare Corporation, APM Terminals Liberia, Partners in Health, United Bank for Africa Liberia and several other leading organizations.
Through innovative HR leadership and strategic workforce solutions, he has consistently helped organizations improve productivity, strengthen operations and achieve sustainable growth.
